For each dub plate, give the following for A and B side:
  1. Track number from your master tape, or start time for un-numbered DATs.
  2. The song title.
  3. The time for the song.
  4. The size of the plate.
  5. The speed for that particular side. If this is left blank, We'll cut at the best speed.
